Welcome to Musicium! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Musicium Download Manager application.

3.1. Musicium and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Musicium.

3.2. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements or concepts without express written permission from Musicium.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

4.1. Musicium is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. Musicium makes no representations or warranties in relation to the accuracy or completeness of any information found on this application.

4.2. Musicium does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. In no event shall Musicium, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use Musicium; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on Musicium.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

6.1. Musicium reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

7. Governing Law
